today after school went meet my ah dear for a light dinner....she was so cute la..all red..wahaha...love u baby...we went for dinner at kfc...then off to crystal jade..she bought bread hor her dad..haha..tot it was for me...ahhh...then send her back to the clinic and off to training i go...

today training was a bit tiring... tot only shootin but we have to run a bit...did some passes..then fast breaks...and 4 on 3 fast breaks...free throw...and lastly we have to run the play for 10 min and coach call it a day....next game min yi...we can do it guys!!!!
